Preheat oven to 180 degrees (gas mark 6).

Half fill your cupcake tins with batter. Add some diced fruit in each mold and cover with a little dough.

Bake the cupcakes with lemon and cook about 20 minutes.

Check doneness by sticking a skewer in the center of the cake. It should come out clean.
