| vanilla | 5 ml |
| milk | 175 ml |
Homemade chocolate cupcake recipe Preparation:
Mix together white flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In blender, beat the butter with the sugar, eggs and vanilla until mixture is light (about 6 minutes)
Pour into a large bowl and stir in dry ingredients with a little milk alternately, ending with dry ingredients.
Spread batter in a large greased pan or two 8-inch pans.
Bake in moderate oven about 30-35 minutes, until top of cake does not keep printing the finger.
Let cool ten minutes before removing cake from pan.
This homemade cake is delicious warm with some butter.
