Myself was not find the easiest than  this very very simple and easy  before so I will show you in a couple of minutes how you can prepare this recipe, so first of all you need some of integrations as you know with any chocolate recipe so let’s get started.

Cupcake recipes from scratch Preparation:

IF you want make chocolate Mousse:
25 cl cream
180 g chocolate
7 cups milk

To complete this recipe all you need to do is to follow this steps:
1-Preheat oven to 175C. Mix flour, sugar, ground almonds, sugar and brown sugar. Beat the 2 egg whites until stiff. Stir gently to mix powders. Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, in a circle pudding. Bake 10 minutes at 175C, then lower the oven to 150 C and cook 5 minutes.

2. (Place a large bowl and cream in the freezer 10 minutes)

3. Crunchy puff:
Crush the almonds, hazelnuts and chocolate. Mix the praline this coarse powder. Crush biscuits and mix with the powder. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat the powder with a tablespoon water by turning the spoon until the chocolate melts and mixture forms a ball. Roll out the dough very thinly on the biscuit.

4. Chocolate Mousse:
Melt the chocolate gently with the milk. Whip cream well chilled quickly in ice container that accompanied it, all in an iced water bath. Gently fold the melted chocolate. Place the foam in the freezer 10 minutes.

5. Remove the foam from the freezer, spread in the ring in, over the biscuit covered with the laminate. Let set overnight.

Warning!
The recipe I give you here is one I made for the very first time (my first experience with a wonderful pastry forger Carrefour!).
However, I advise you to halve the ingredients for the biscuit with almonds, and double the ingredients for the chocolate mousse.
